ID help

can someone ID this spider? i found it in by basement sitting in a sort of cobweb.
BTW, the image with the guitar pick next to it is to give an idea of scale.

Maybe some kind of Latrodectus.

I agree with Guy, probably an Achaearanea, I have heard these called house spiders before.
