This spider is very commom in state of São Paulo, Brazil. It can be a Latrodectus species?

I don't think so. Most (not all) of the Latrodectus have the red on black markings of some sort, or a distinctive red marking somewhere on the abdomen. There are a lot of combfooted spiders that have similar body and leg shapes as the widow, and the cobwebs much like those of the widows. I think this is probably just a combfooted spider.

"pandinus" seems to know his foreign widows... i'd ask him for an id.
