This is my favourite true spider from my coolection.

Sorry for quality of the pics, but the beast is very quick. It is hard to take a good shot.

The last one was really hard :D I made almost 50 photos, before taking that one (and spider was running on my head).

Hi Dark raptor,

Tegenaria sp. are great spiders, i used to have a lot around the house and garden when i was young. i had a routine where i would go round and feed them all one by one with flies and woodlice. They are quite aggressive predators, i've seen them take down wasps before!

Yes. I like them also, because they make a lot of net. Sometimes their tanks looks like these with Chromatopelma or Pterinochilus.

They've got a powerful venom. Small spider (body lenght 0,5 cm) can kill mature mealworm beetle (Tenebrio molitor).
