I would not recommend buying animals from them. Although they do carry a good selection of inverts (a better selection than most stores around here), their cages are dirty and the staff is mostly unconcerned and uninformed. Jen's cool tho. I've asked to see the tarantulas and gotten crazy looks from the staff, since some of them apparently don't like "bugs".
Serious mite problem too in some cages.
What makes them worthwhile is supplies. Monstrous selection and decent prices. Numerous cages, substrates, heating supplies and cage furnishings.
