No idea to be honest (like i said before,... ) lots of breeding,...
but i'm still a bit afraid to examine the entire substrate closely,... don't wanna distort or damage anything,... i do provide some very small dustcrickets every time i feed the adult,... just in case ;)

Understandable... A good technique for examining substrate is to use a small paintbrush to lightly move the substrate.

And a change in menu :)

(to bad this one has some nasty mites on him  ,...
@Alex: maybe a good reason to examine the substrate while refreshing it ;) )

Glad to see that they are still feeding voraciously. Tefflus megerlei is such an amazing carabid.

They are lovely :)

Do you give them fruits? My european carabid beetles eat them very often (sometimes more often than fresh meat).

I'm also fighting with mites on them. It is hard work.

When i've started with the hobby,..one of my first invert-pets were South-African Anthia-specie,... hope to get back some next month.

i have 10 Teflus in total,... housed in 2 groups of 5,... and i switch occasionally 1 or 2 from group.
