Neutral
I'm going "neutral" with Rose City Repiles in Portland, OR.
I've made several visits to RCR since January. First time I went in I could smell the place before I opened the door. The animals were crowded together, the place was dirtier than a redneck's garage, and many animals seemed malnourished
Since that time he has gone into a co-operatation with OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) providing reptiles for the museum and training for the staff as well. Within a couple months the animals are looking much healthier and are being better housed. There are still some items strewn about, but looking better. Hopefully things will continue along this trend.
His prices, however, are great. I picked up my Parabuthus transvaalicus for $15 including the KritterKeeper it was in.
