Good luck on getting a sac, By the looks of her she may already be carrying eggs or she just eats a lot? Second thing how long ago was her last molt? She looks kinda drab like she is nearing one. I just hatched out a sac of about 80 irminia slings that are just now nearing there second instar molt... Greg

she was never a colourful irminia.... and she did the last molt march....
she eats very much!

If she is already carrying eggs she could make a sac today... Common time is 2 or 3 months could be as long as 8 or 9 though... Being an arboreal I doubt if she would go that long with out a molt though... Greg

do the tarantulas produce eggs without a male near her ?

She very much looks like she is but not knowing her feeding habits and how she normally looks I can't really say for sure...
Yes they can and do produce eggs without a male near by, they will even make sacs without breeding, of course they would be infertile...
