Thank's!! :)

Yes Stromatopelmas are very aggressive and fairly large, very fast as well.
Beautiful and nice species though. I've talked to guy who was bitten by a S calceatum and he had cramps for weeks and alot of heartproblem.

Brachy>>>It's about 3" still juvenile. The blue colors don't show up until they get a bit bigger. At the moment I'm satisfied with the purple shine...:)

vagans!!!!!?????? id rather be stuck in a room with a 1000 aggressive vagans than be stuck in a room with a large female stromo (great spiders so quick, nasty and mysterious).

Try to own a adult Stromatopelma and you will think your vagans is your cuddly teddy bear ;-)

Stromats reach top level in aggression together with Selenocosmia arndsti (and the various Phormictopus species).

Søren
