1st instar A. avic pics

My Avic avic had an eggsac on Apr 19th, took the sac at day 40. manual incubate for 10 days then completely remove them out of the sac. and today they are starting to blacken up. when would second instar occur? I can start separating them at 2nd instar and start feeding them live pinheads right?
