That view makes it tough, especially since Leg IV is mostly obscured. The banding on the femur of Leg I is more suggestive of P. regalis than P. fasciata, but the femur of Leg IV - at least what can be seen - does suggest P. fasciata. The forebody could also belong to P. ornata, but again that could be proven true or false only if Leg IV was more visible. Based on what I can see it probably is not.

I'm not going to guess, but if I were...other than a penguin, I'd say regalis;

Something tells me leg III, and IV look to be just hiding the cream band. Perhaps even a hint of it in the reflection?

It is a female though.

I was wondering when someone was gonna guess P. striata.

If I hadn't guessed P. fasciata, I would guess P. striata rather than P. regalis.
