I seem to have some kind of spider infestation inside my car. I noticed one of these white spiders crawling over my instrument panel, headliner, windsheild, and door panel.

They only come out at night, I haven't seen one during the day yet. I have no idea what they are or where they've come from, is it possible there are eggs somewhere?

Somone please help! Thanks!

Please, always tell where you have found the spider if you want to get an ID.
It looks like Cheiracanthium (Miturgidae) (Clubiona habitus but with long front legs).

Sorry about that. I'm in Toronto Ontario.

Is it common for spiders to only come out at night?

hmm ontario rules out all my guesses.
but yes, I'm pretty sure almost 90% of spiders are nocturnal. Some hunt at daytime, such as some jumping spider ^_^

my first thought was a Sac spider also

are the #1 legs much longer than the rest?

Most of them are medically significant. Yours is one of the medically significant species, being either C.mildei or C.inclusum.
