Arigrope Sp [spelling] Commen Garden spider, Web strengh comparable to that of a Lats, and awesomely nice sized orb webs at that :)

hey sneakthief, what city in michigan did you find that in? I knew we had those in Michigan, but nobody believed me!!! :wall:

they are everywhere, try tall grass fields, usualy near schools. They range from canada down to the southern souths lol, give or take a few species but still awesome spiders

Argiope aurantia, "Banana Spider", very common here.
