Looks like Steatoda, possibly S. triangulosa. Common, harmless, and beneficial.

i must agree to Wade... i think it is a steatoda triangulosa female.

Ditto....and speaking of beneficial......this spider alone, is responsible for significantly decreasing the number of Hobo Spiders, (T.agrestis), in the Northwest and areas where its range is expanding.
Find a S.triangulosa web in Idaho or Western Utah, Montana, etc., and you are likely to find many "former" Hobo Spiders.
