The staff, especially the manager Travis, at this store are friendly and very helpful. They are all well trained and have a wide knowledge of the animals they sell. They keep their tarantulas happy and healthy. They also have good deals on crickets and I just love this store. The only downfall is that they do not have a huge variety. In the time I have been going there they always have a large selection od Grammastola Rosea spiders. THey also one time had an A Avicularia spiderling. That is all though.
