This was reported to me by another ABer but it seems that whenever you try to use the chat you get the following error:

Unable to connect : java.net.SocketException : Software caused connection abort: connect

Errant setting perhaps?

Working fine for me. Are they behind a firewall? Did they accept the security certificate for the java applet?
