hi guys was replying a post regarding breeding pinheads/ cricket , found out some new info and i found the best way for me to have cricket of all sizes :)

heres wta i do. i buy ard 50-100 crickets, keep them together for a week (in a 10 gallon witout substrate - so the females cant lay eggs - only some hides ans stuff..

and then pick out all teh females (u know their female when you see this very long straw like thingy which helps them to lay eggs deeper into the substrate..

2inch peat moss.. press down and moist. some hids some food because female will dig to lkay eggs and when they find eggs they eat them too! so you have to keep them well fed .

keep them in that for 1 day .. and you will see this... in the substarte you area ready to take them out... and put them bnack with the rest.

keep this container with ard 80% humidity and ard 75-80f and they should hatch between 1-2 weeks. then keep the pinheads intill ard double the size when they are hatch , you can put them together with the rest of the crickets and watch them grow! :p~
