Hey y'all...
I knew this was coming. Now, I wish I'd got off work sooner! My 1.5" Chaco has been black for several days now, and when I got home, I found it almost finished its moult (still better than my B. albos, which all moulted completely while I was out). Just after 8:00 now, and she (I think -- the shed is a bit twisted, but I think I see spermathecae) has been done for about 45 minutes. Has grown to about 2". I was a bit nervous when I saw some of the positions she was in (ie pics 3 and 4), but she seems to be doing well. Here are some pics from the parts I did get to see:

Wow! Really cool pics! I hope I am lucky enough to catch my sling in a molt.

Thanks. I'm guessing about 2 inches (I know -- that's nothing to brag about!:D ) -- it is currently hiding out in its burrow (still soft -- aw geez, that doesn't go well with the prev. comment, does it?). Waiting for it to harden up a bit more before throwing a cricket or 2 in there for it -- I'm figuring by early-mid-week, it should be good, at this size.

And here it is, emerged from its hide, with a couple of crickets in its belly, 8 days after its moult:

In spite of what I thought earlier, I'm now starting to wonder if it might be male...I wasn't sure about what I was seeing in the moult (which wasn't in very good shape); and it really looks awful leggy for a female :? (I know that's not reliable...but it does make me wonder).
