Hi,

its defently not a Trechona species. I was able to take a look to some moults and a friend of me also confirmed the ID. Its a Linothele species. The taxonomic difference between those two genera is the large lyra in Trechona - this keyfeature is missing in Linothele.

Here you can see the lyra of Trechona venosa: click me (http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/4208/trechonavenosastateresalyratro.jpg)

Hi,

just want to add that those Linothele possess two rows of teeth on the paired tarsal claws and one row teeth on the venter of the chelicerae. Those features rule them out as member of the Dipluridae sufamily Diplurinae. In this subfamily are only three genera: Linothele, Trechona and Diplura. All except of Linothele possess on the maxillae a lyra (Trechona a very well developed (see the pic above) and Diplura a more weak developed but clearly to see!).
