Found this guy running near computer, It is about a one Centimeter, Here is a picture.... Any ideas what it is?

try searching "six eyed spiders" I found a similar one but not the exact kind.. the body types look correct though.. let us know what you come up with (search in accordance with where you live)

I'd call it Herpyllus ecclesiasticus (or at least Herpyllus sp.) in Gnaphosidae.

that's the Parson's spider. As said before, it is a house spider of the family Gnaphosidae. It's H. ecclesiasticus for sure. I have a big adult female that I got as a sling about a year and a half ago in my lab. They're really cool spiders!

Thanks for all the replies. Since I decided to keep the spider, How big will it get? Is the venom really bad?

yep. i sit in there all afternoon and sort collected spiders and am working on my mygalomorph vs. araneomorph burrow morphology study for the KBS right now.

the ecclesiasticus will get about a legspan maybe a tiny bit bigger than a quarter. they are not dangerous at all.
