Show support for an organization that's giving something back!
Arachnoboards, in conjunction with the British Tarantula Society (http://www.thebts.co.uk) , is conducting a fund raiser to help raise funds for the BTS's Overseas Research Grant (http://www.thebts.co.uk/bts_research_grant.htm). We feel that this is an extremely worthwile undertaking and that you, our Arachnoboards membership, would love the opportunity to help fund research into one of our favorite arachnids.
For a small donation of only $10.00 USD per year, you will receive this wonderful BTS supporter icon:

Courtesy of BTS Committee member Mark Pennell, this lovely supporter icon will show up in, not only your user profile, but also, each and every post you make on Arachnoboards. 100% of the net proceeds from all donations will go towards further funding of the BTS's Overseas Research Grant (http://www.thebts.co.uk/bts_research_grant.htm). If only 200 of you sign up, less than 10% of our active membership, that would be $2000 more dollars towards further research, above and beyond what the BTS are themselves offering.
