Hi,
I am new here, so I don't know if I'm in the right place to ask about spiders in the wild. But I'll give it a shot: Is this one of the Zygiella sp?
Thank you,
André

Looks like Zygiella x-notata. Not sure where you are in the world but they are pretty common. Just check the web. It should have a missing section or sector if it is the above named species.

Thank you Glen. I believe you're right.
Oh and I live in the east part of The Netherlands.
Cheers,
André
This is very similar to the common Z. atrica as well.

Hi,
Thanks NRF, it is isn't it?
And Kevin, I use my Can EOS 350D with Canon 60 Macrolens and Canon Ringflash. And ços it's dark at night I use a LED-flashlight in my left hand pointing a the subject and get as close as possible. Diaphr. 11, sh.speed. 1/200 sec. Originals even a lot bigger than those JPEGs.
Cheers,
André
