Striking colors. Very nice shots of what looks like a small spider.

Beautiful! But what does "woOT" stand for (in your subject line)?

Did you just collect this specimen? Is there any chance that it is gravid? If you get an egg sac, i would trade you 100 L. hesperus (or some L. mactans, or some L. variolus, or my youngest child, LOL), for one L. bishopi sling (well maybe 2).

Really, she is beautiful. and it has been a long time since anybody has shared anything re bishopi in the boards.

good luck

"Woot!" is another form of "Woohoo!" or "Yeehaw!" or "Cowabunga!" or "Yippee!" or "Wahoo!" or "Yay!" or "Wee!" or something similar that you can come up with on your own. "woot" is also defined here: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=woot&defid=1755786
Hope that helps. :D

Hi Nick,

Sounds good to me, except the OP wrote "woOT" not "Woot!" -- maybe he was trying to add a second syllable: wo-OOT!

Kevin-
That's a good point you make. I can't think of any logical reason to have the "OT" at the end there except for what you suggested. I suppose we'll just have to wait for the OP to come back and clear up this issue. The anxiety.... :)

Maybe they added the "OT" as like...momentum? Start normal end loud sorta thing?
