Western WA, had her over a year, 2 white triangles on her back

Looks like grossa, yet, there are others...
How large is she? Usually they loose their dorsal markings when fully grown. ...though, I have read that some maintain some markings.

its body is about half the size of a full grown widow.

That big and it looks like one ...I'd vote grossa.
