2day i caught a bunch of little orb weaver hatched within 24 hrs bcause some were in the case. i have then in gallon jugs and was wondering wut to feed them?

I'd say fruit flys are pinhead crickets. Fruit flys would probably work better though.

since there is like 60 could they take down one large thing?

oh well once i get some like pill bottle ill seperate some so i have a few. How long does it take for a baby to be mature?

Depending on the temperature, possibly 6 months to a year, maybe longer.
