Hi,
here are some bad pictures of Phoneutria reidyi molting. I didn't use a tripod but it's visible enough. This lady choose to molt at the top. I was so afraid that it could fall off, but it didn't.

Nice molting sequence. Don't forget to show us the final pic of the spider after molt. :-)

dang...hard to tell from the pics but it appears it had a MAJOR growth spurt there. I wish somebody had some around here, i'd love to see one in person but i don't feel comfortable keeping one in my home.

I woke up in the middle of the night. Then i checked the spider because i expected her to molt soon and there she was hanging at the top. I was lucky enough to be there at the right time.
