Hi, Frank Indiviglio here. Iím a herpetologist, zoologist, and book author, recently retired from a career spent at several zoos, aquariums, and museums,
Only kind of info i could find. Ive looked everywhere
So keep them semi dry, around 70-75 degrees if not cooler, and keep them like semi
I know that I have not really kept scorpions in the past, but I have always admired them, especially stunners like Isometrus
My a hentzi is constantly climbing the walls of her enclosure, and frequently spends time upside down on the screen up top. Use the same substrate/cage
I think I'll wait 20 and shoe box incubate. But would take any advise or criticism.
This poll is in reference to A. Avicularia thank you
Ah I guess u did manage to get some advice on this feisty guy!! Did UR next rehouse attempt go well? Or have u tried?
No never was a borrower really... She had a small hole she would hang out in but I wouldn't call it much of a burrow really...
Going to cap off at 20 Ts for a while, starting a family this year, we'll see where it takes us
The lid and cup method works very well as you can guide and close the spider into the container when needed. I opted for using a paintbrush and 32oz container
Does she have a burrow? Did she before you rehoused her?
So true, so very true.
