I was wondering if I put crickets in the freezer, will they stop moving like meal worms do when in the cold?

And be easier to get, I sort of have an aversion to crickets.

Yeah you can stick em in the fridge for 10-15 mins and they will slow down drastically. I do it for my 2i.

Good advice with the fridge instead of the freezer . . . if you accidentally forget, you don't wind up with dead feeders. Lori accidentally killed off her fruit fly culture that way. :(

What should I feed my crickets so that my scorpion gets the most nutrients etc out of his meal?

Throw in some lettuce, cucumber, or potato slices. Those will do fine. Usually, when I make potatoes for supper, I just toss a couple of peelings into the cricket tank.
