OW urticating hairs

ive been wondering if there is ANY ow species with urticating hairs.
i know most nw species have them, and most ow species dont
ive just been really wanting to know

No, I don't believe there is any OW specie that has urticating hairs. Most NW species do, the only ones that lack the urticating hairs in the NW specimens are the Psalmopoeus species! That is one reason I like the Psalmos so much! Well, there are the Ephebopus species that are NW. They do have urticating hairs, but not on their abdomons! Their urticating hairs are on their pedipalps.

tapinauchenius also don't have urticating hairs.

Oh yeah! I forgot about them. But, the Psalmopoeus genus and the Tapinauchenius genus are the only species without urticating hairs in the New World. :) Thanks for the reminder, Pulk!
