How long after molting should I wait to feed?

Woop! My B. Smithi (about 1.25") is on it's back. How long should I wait after molting to feed it again?

My L. parahybana (newly dubbed "Shub Niggurath") started eatting again 24 hours, but she's a small sling who eats prekill.

Just to be safe give it at least 4-5 days. Everything should be fine then.
