I am fortunate enough to live fairly close to Ken's facility, so my friend and I decided to make an adventure out of it. I got my very first T, a 1.5+" B. smithi, and my friend got a great P. metallica and a few others. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and was eager to take out 15+ specimens for us to look at, and didn't hurry us out the door even though we were getting close to closing time. Great guy to meet, talk to, and do business with. I will definitely get any future T's from him. Thank you once again Ken! (The birthday guy on Veteran's day)

Ordered a millepede and a whip scorpion, bought on 25th and came on the 29th. The package was very loose and the cups the bugs came in were tipped upside down and looked as if they were sliding around the whole trip and my whip scorpion was missing limbs and i emailed ken and he didnt care and said it will grow back in time.... as if i want a bug missing legs after i spend tons of money going online to just buy a bug because its not available in most stores and then receive half of it.

I did care and they were not slideing around they were wrapped in news paper like all our shipments everyone has seen. He contacted me and said his tailless whip had 1 missing leg. I apologized more than once in my reply, let him know they are fragile and do loose a limb from time to time. I then informed him that the next time it shed it would grow back. To the buyer if you want to send it back I will happily refund you for it but waiting for the next shed for one leg on a tailless whip scorpion seems a better idea. It is up to you though.

Also would like to point out that if anyone ever has a problem like this and do not want the animal to contact me first please. If you used overnight I will always take it back if you are not happy.

Yesterday i traded with ken and got a P. subfusca lowland. What can I say? Just like everytime I deal with ken I get great service and healthy T's. Since I was there I decided to purchase a 3 inch female versi. She is really pretty. Ken's shop is always worth the drive, each time I'm there I'm impressed with the health and care of the T's and the service.
Here is a pic of the Lowland subfusca I traded with ken for, as soon as i got her home she ate an adult male dubia. She is bigger then he stated at 4.75 inches.

I made a (for me) large purchase of scorpions from Ken. One of the species I ordered was not available but what I did receive made up for it. I got the 3 species I wanted plus I ordered a scorpion grab bag. The grab bag contained some very nice animals, a couple of species I wouldnt have picked up otherwise including an A. phaiodactylus and a large H. arazonensis. My 5th purchase from Ken and certainly not my last! He is even going to make good on some DOA millis on my next order. A++

I've purchased 10 millipedes from Ken in 2 orders. The 3 African Giants I ordered first were about 8" and the other species were very nearly mature. He negotiated a price on my second order, and aside from one slight miscommunication everything was fantastic.

Just received and unpacked an order from Ken. Got a Cyriocosmus bertae, Selenobrachys philippinus, (both of which were larger than I was expecting), and a grab bag containing some great and unexpected slings. Everything was packaged great, no problems with any of my new slings. Communication was great throughout the process. I am highly satisfied and would not hesitate to order more from him.
