(If you encounter a online seller that quotes you multiple prices on one single scorpion purchase and is online about three times a day but you have to send three emails to even get a response. And sometimes you may not even get a response until the fourth of fifth day...)

The question is.....Should you leave a bad review even though money was not exchanged?

Well I did becuase other people deserve to know. This is not a sellers market, this is a buyers market. Treat any and all customers with respect.

I wouldn't leave a bad/good review, instead I'd leave a review that explains exactly what happened and let people decide from there.

If he didnt cheat you out of anything (Money or Scorps) and there was no transaction, then you are really just saying he has bad communication skills. Its probably not even worth your time.
