Lighting, to use or not to use?

What is the general concensus around here as far as lighting? Should I use special reptile lights for daytime? Just use natural sunlight even though very little comes in? What about at night? Night glow lights like the pet stores have? Ceramic heaters instead? Please help me. I have had many T's but I have just gotten into the hobby again after a year off and want to become a better caregiver.

To be short, no special lighting necessary. T's don't really like light. More light = less seeing T.
