This dubia has weird white markings on it's back.
It's also more white on the underside than any other B.dubia I've seen.
Never seen one like it.

Same roach, grown up a bit.

There's always different color forms in roach colonies, there's plenty of weird things that happen, like deformed molts and sometimes i have some slightly red nymphs.

Yes, I've noticed two distinct color forms.
The larger, more orange adult females, and the darker ones.
The nymphs generaly look the same, but there is only one that looks like this.

That is definitely a very odd looking dubia. In my 2 colonies I see a pretty broad range of colors among nymphs, but none like that. Almost looks like a hybrid with some other species, but I seriously doubt that's what it actually is. More likely it had some molting issues or may be malnourished, if it's just that one I wouldn't be too worried. Just curious, what do you feed your dubia?

No, he molts just fine.
I feed them roach chow and carrots.
Here's one of the morphs I was talking about.

Here are some others from the colony for comparison
Pretty light one, pretty light patterning.

This one isn't THAT odd..

Fresh adult female

Fresh nymph

Fresh male

one of the more "normal" females
