I have this G. pulchra sling, and I noticed it was kinda off balance and walking funny when it tried to climb.
Well I looked closer, and it appears that the very tip of one of his legs is limp...like at the very bottom joint closest to the tippy toe, almost like it's going to fall off. Will it get better? What happened?

It might fall off and then she'll just regrow it completely in a couple of molts. If it doesn't fall off, just leave it.

Well it's weird because it keeps stumbling and falling when it climbs, but it keeps trying to climb up on things.

Otherwise it walks and moves fine.

Can a sling die from it's leg being hurt?

Slings and adults and everything in between can die for no apparent reason. At least, it appears that way to us.

Point is, there's always a possibility. Make sure you keep the living conditions clean and make sure you feed and mist often and it should molt out fine. Just don't overfeed if you can help it.
