    Talking Singapore Blue or Regalis?

Turns out my dealer doesn't have a P.Irminia

So he offered me an Adult Singa Blue or a juvie female regalis. I've seen his other pokies that are big but the growth pattern tells me they're male and they also look the part so anyway I'm now Idling in between these two. If I take the adult then I got size and I can breed them but I'm not sure of the chances of a male appearing here or people who will be willing to ship one here. If i take the regalis then I can raise her until she gets adult size and a good display T.
Both have venom that'll get me in the hospital but I'm willing to take that risk.

This will be my first arboreal btw.
    Need something exciting

I just got the C.Fasciatum wee!

My regalis is probably the most beutiful T that i own. Once they grow to adult size they look amazing. From what i hear, the singa blue's hide most of the time.

I don't believe that the L. violaceopes has venom as significant as the P. regalis, but I wouldn't base my choice on that alone. Make sure you don't get too complacent with either, and you should be able to avoid being bitten. I like them both. The lv's hide out more often than not as juvies, but once they're adults, they tend to be in plain sight most of the time.

I say go for the one that interests you most.

If I HAD to choose between them, I'd pick the Lv.

Lampropelma Violaceopes for me. In fact, I am picking 2 up next week.

But you can't go wrong with either one. Both are great Ts and a must have in any collection.

I like them both. But if I had to choose, I'd go with the juvie simply because you know she's got many years left in her. I tend to stay away from adults unless I know they are fairly young.

I voted for the MF singapore blue for quite a few reasons:
-depending on her age (ask the dealer), she could still live quite a long time
-you can breed her and make money from the offspring and possibly raise a couple of 'em
-IMO Singapore blues are slightly prettier than regalis
-Singapore blues can attain a larger size than regalis
-according to bite reports, Lv bites aren't half as bad as bites from pokies
-Lvs will likely become great display tarantulas, often sitting in the open

A female regalis juvie shouldn't be too expensive though, get them both!!!
