Unknown tiny spider

I just found this tiny spider hanging in the bathroom.
Of course as soon as I pointed the lens at him he scarpered. I was about to give up when I saw him crawling over the flash diffuser and so i encouraged him onto my index finger, then fired off a shot!
As you can see, he (or she!) is tiny!
Could it be a spiderling of Zygiella x-notata or Nuctenea umbratica?

LOL ...just looks like a tick a bit. Just pulled one off me last night. Black legged one or whatever they are called ...limes carrier. No bullseye forming as of yet, but jeese this tick actually caused pain and swelling ...never had a tick bite do that before.
Anywho...yep yours is a spider. :D
