I was wondering where you all get your T's cages? I'm looking for a decent priced, sturdy one.
X2..........Anywhere and everywhere. Craigslist, pet stores, you name it.
The cheapest thing besides rare deals is to buy a 10 gallon fish tank from Walmart for $10 bucks. Make a lid out of plexi-glass from Home Depot/ hardware store and drill/ melt holes with a soldering iron for ventilation. All in all you can spend under $20.(if you have a drill or soldering iron)I was wondering where you all get your T's cages? I'm looking for a decent priced, sturdy one.
I LOVE those!! And you get free stickers with them too!!!I use these container because I hate critter keepers. They are shoe boxes at the container store. If you dont have a container store near you, here is the link. The container store also has the cubes that michaels has for aboreals, which I also use.

PS: I use a soldering gun to burn holes in the lid and sides for ventilation.
Lucky! At the petshops around me, the cages are 50.00 for a ten gallon! Im hoping to make one myself, but I also want a backup cage since I have a younger brother. Hes always ignoring me and mom, running downstairs. :wall:
^^^ I like this . . .Go to walmart. Walk back and forth between the kitchen containers (tupperware, etc) and the bigger plastic bins until you see something that looks good. Take it home, drill holes in the lid, wash it, add dirt, hide, water dish and a tarantula.
