do all hissing roaches have horns?

Females have small bumps at best, only the males have the large horns.

In fully mature specimens the female is more often larger than the males. Males have "horns" on the pronotum and females have either bumps or are smooth. Females have nearly smooth antennae and males are significantly fuzzier looking in many varieties, though this is not always true.

i think ones very pregnant...its abdomen is gigantic.
