Minimal. They don't need it. I'm not sure if a light cycle would be important in enticing them to breed, but I don't see much mention of it in breeding reports.

Light
How much light should I give my T's. I do not give them much at all. I'm wondering if thats good or bad? I kow they don't like bright light but no light?

Anubis is right ... They do not need much light . In fact they hate bright light {tarantula keepers guide} I use small night lights to see whats going on at night in my tanks.

Use a red light on them if you want to view them.
