found this in with my millipedes,god knows where it came from,the only thing i can think of it came in with some dried beech leaves.

I wish they looked like that around here. I didn't know there were species like that in the UK.

no idea john was thinking of looking on net to see if we have any of those type on milli's here.if it didnt come in on the leaves it came in on lettice?

nor did i navros :D

Wayne, That is one of the hundreds of species of "flat" millipede that live almost everywhere in the world. In America they can be really small and you can find them in any garden under rocks. The color varies slightly but they are everywhere!:D

I think it's called: Polydesmus angustus, a native... An inch (25mm) is it's adult size(?)

Just looked it up in a book about Europe's animals and plants.=D

Cool, wonder if there are any here. Would love to find some. The only ones I have found here are like TINY AGBs. Pretty cool little guys, will probably collect some more this year if I can find them.
