I have searched this but did not find an answer. Do centipdes (Scolopendra) have a final or ultimate molt? If so, how many times do they molt in a lifetime?
I don't think that's true, I've seen some species bear clutches at 50%, sometimes less, than their adult sizes.no ultimate molt. they can start to mate when they are around 75-80% of their adult size. i don't have an answer for your second question.
you might be right. what i stated above is based off of my personal experience. I had only paired up a few pedes this year.I don't think that's true, I've seen some species bear clutches at 50%, sometimes less, than their adult sizes.
