Purchase price must be over $50. You must accept package on first delivery attempt. Temperature must be below 90°F and above 30°F. Issues with shipment must be reported to me (via email or phone) within 2 hours of receipt.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund, you must take pictures of the DOA and ship the DOA back to me at your own cost. Replacements will be resent (if in stock) or refunds will be given in store credit. Shipping cost will not be refunded.


We accept PayPal (our PayPal address is: iwantanimalmagic@aol.com), cashier's checks, money orders, cash, and personal checks (but they have to clear before we can ship).
No packing charges or extra charges of any kind (other than shipping).
