Reply With Quotei have seen them freeze up when molested. they are timid spiders, reputation being very exaggerated. i keep them occasionally. they don't do a whole lot; just sit there.

Brown recluse behavior
Has anyone ever seen a brown recluse play dead?? Because the one I just caught did play dead
I actually keep these spiders as despite their reputation are rather timid spiders and rarely if ever bite. I did have a Hobo spider but it died on me
