I dont want to disturb the female as i just got her and she starting to molt do you think i should make an attempt to kill the single gnat fly ? idea how to get the gnat out without bothering the female platty i dont even know where the gnat can from ?

Shouldn't cause any problems, but after she hardens up, see if you can figure out why it's in there and how to fix it (leftover cricket carcass somewhere perhaps?). But don't do anything until she's molted and had a few days to recover.
