Rhinoceros Beetles as food?

Summer is coming once again, and so is the onslaught of huge flying Rhinoceros Beetles attempting to crash headlong into me and my girlfriend as we try to enjoy the evening on our back deck. They love the light and love trying to bruise us. I got to thinking, how would my T like to munch on a big juicy Rhinoceros beetle? I don't really know if they're toxic, but I know people eat them over in Asia. Anyone have any ideas or know something I don't? I have an adult female A. chalcodes btw. I live out in the country, so there's little risk of pesticides associated with them.

Send some my way! Look like awesome pets. I have no idea about feeding them to TS though. Under the wings it doesn't seem like they have much meat.

I just might mail them all to you! There are at least four of 'em assaulting us nightly in the summer.
