TARANTULAS.com is a division of a professional pet breeder/wholesale distributor. We sell only quality animals using professional business practices and have decades of experience safely shipping animals nationwide year-round. We have a minimum order of $75, exclusive of freight charge. We do not ship via the postal service and charge a minimum of $35 for overnight shipping to your doorstep ($40 east of the Rockies). Freight fee may be higher due to larger orders that require more than an 8x8x7 box and additional charges may be necessary for heat or cool packs, but one is generally included in freight fee. We only ship with LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED (LAG) and generally only ship when your overnight temperature is above 40F and below 90F. Any claims of DOA must be substantiated with photographic proof or return of deceased specimen at our discretion and we must be notified immediately. Live arrival guarantee is only valid if you accept the package on the first delivery attempt or have it held for pick up at a local facility. We send an email detailing the LAG the day we ship. There are no refunds. LAG covers replacement of specimen(s) or credit for future order, and does not include any freight charges.
