handling?

what is the best way to handle my tarantula>pick it up, hold it, put it back>without hurting it or myself?

and

what does it take for the tarantula to bite? do i have to be rough with it or really scare it or what?

well it all depends on what t it is cause my stripe knee is very calm when i pick her up she goes right to me but it all depends but if u put ur hand over top of the t and cup them and put ur middle ring and pinkie on one side and ur pointer in front and the thumb on the other side and flip it then it should work and they put it back by just fliping it back in it worked for me

use the search function for more in depth info into handling or pick up a copy of The Tarantula Keepers Guide. and sometimes NOT handling is the best way to insure that safety of yourself and your t.

To be quite honest in my opinion there is no need to handle a theraphosid unless needed (you dont see tropical fish being handled?) but if you must handle dont use this sp
