Hi my C.elegans sling was alive yesterday, but today when I checked on it it was dead.
It had food and water, but it molted not so long ago could that be a reason for it to die just like that?
Or is there any other reason?

How long is not so long ago. And need a little more info. Temps, humidity, what feeders are u using was the t in a death curl. Things of that nature would help. She was alive yesterday and today she isnt just dont give anyone much to go off of.

It just happens randomly sometimes even if all conditions are mint. Probably everyone that keeps slightly larger number of T's had that happened in one point or another.

It definitely can happen sometimes; but, it's still helpful to know a bit more information in case there could be some husbandry concerns that could be adjusted to help in the future.

slings are fragile! At that size, even small crickets can inflict a wound that can result in fatal hemolymph-loss.

I strongly suggest prekilling prey and offering it with tongs.
