Hello all, my avicularia versi has started exhibiting strange behavior so I figured I'd check in and see if it's new behavior may be indicating premolt. She has stopped climbing and is spending all of her time in her first hide (that was made on the ground). As well for the first time since receiving her she has not grabbed the small crickets from the tweezers and will not eat. This is only really a concern since I have noticed a sizable change in her abdomen to the small end. If this is normal premolt behavior then cool! So if anyone can enlighten me that would help ease my mind!

Thanks in advance!

The abdomen shouldn't shrink in size until after the molt. In fact it should appear darker and a little bigger than normal.

Could be possible although hard to tell at the moment since she hasn't left in a couple of weeks so it could be hidden away somewhere
