Cricket Trap at house?

Hello , i want to catch a few house crickets in our house , i saw two under the tub of our tubifex worms , and a few more under a pot. Can anyone tell me how can i get these crickets by making a trap without killing it? im having hard time running after them and theyre so hard to catch. Can anyone tell me how to make a trap and which bait should i use?

You could get a piece of tape and put some lettuce in the middle of it it may rip some legs of but will not harm them.place it in dark place or in corner of rooms
